"Wanted to tell you how happy we've been w/Kent Lembke photos and input. He has taken great photos (which weren't required in the contract we signed w/him) and since it's been on the MLS just 33 days, we've already had 7 buyers look--6 with their realtors. It has been a huge help having the MLS exposure. Still no offers but we're very hopeful with the amount of activity! We had one couple come to our open house today (who actually was w/o a realtor and simply saw our ad in the paper today under "open houses" who came back a second time tonight)."
